The Great Northern Tiling Company were pleased to have played a part in the fit out of the first Adidas store in Newcastle.
Alan Shearer, the former Toon legend was in Eldon Square Shopping centre, Newcastle to highlight the opening of the first store store in the city.
Hundreds of supporters packed the shop to catch a glimpse of their sporting hero and get their Newcastle United memorabilia signed. Shearer said: “I’ve had a look around the store and it looks fantastic. I never get to come to these type of places and it’s been good”.
Areas tiled
Approx 700m2 floor tiling to ground and first floor
2 flights of stairs including nosings
Changing room floors
Special Details
Levelling compound was applied to the first floor due to the substrate being uneven.
Expansion joints were fitted as per architects design.
