GNTC are due to start works on the new La Salle, Parisian style Brasserie (w/c 3Feb) at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2. The new restaurant is intending to be able to deliver every dish on the menu from order to the table within 15 minutes.GNTC need to tile the whole circular feature bar in mosaics and a separate area in encaustic tiles within 4 days, a similarly demanding task!
