This contemporary development comprised 369 student bedrooms/studios each with its own ensuite and kitchen. The look & feel of the student rooms is akin to high quality hotel bedrooms.
An extremely high standard of finish was achieved with top class tiling to kitchens and bathrooms.

Porcelain tiles fitted to entrance ways
Mosaics fitted to lobby feature walls
Details
The project started in April 2011 and was completed on programme in time for the first students to occupy their new homes in September 2012.
The central location meant construction access was highly limited, with permits for deliveries required.
With only one hoist loading out materials proved problematic. This wasn’t a job for tilers who suffered from vertigo!
