It’s been a tumultuous ride with a lot of ups, a few downs and a lot of pride but now the World Cup has drawn to a close for another four years. Fortunately we have the start of a new work week to take our minds off it right? 😉
And what a start it is too. Anyone familiar with the Bicester Shopping Village may have popped into Asics at some point for some flash gym gear or some running shoes will soon be able to spot our handiwork down there now too. Starting at the beginning of August, the lads will be down there putting down 100m2 of flooring. We’ll be sure to post photos of the job as it goes so you can follow along.
Does anyone remember the old Primark in Sheffield city centre? It seems someone has grand designs for it as work is underway in preparation to convert it into a brand new hotel. Work is still a few years off from being finished but we’ll be there tools in hand pretty soon laying 55m2 of exterior Porcelonosa X-Lite cladding to the facade of the building.
Another crop of images from F1 Autocentre in St Helens have been sent in direct from site showing off the work our tilers have done so far on the flooring.

We need to make a slight correction from last week’s post regarding Island Poke. It is actually a full, standalone job we’re doing down there, not some smaller revisionary work, slight mix-up in communication! This job’s almost coming to an end now so you’ll soon see some photos of the final, completed restaurant soon…
To cap things off here, we’ve got some great examples from a bathroom job currently underway. We feature a lot of commercial jobs here but we certainly don’t shy away from domestic ones either with our tilers always putting in 100%, be it restaurant, hotel or downstairs toilet!
