Considering the cold weather at the moment, nothing sounds more appealing than a full roast dinner, so it’s lucky for us we’re down in Lytham St Annes working on the Toby Carvery down there! As you can see from the gallery below, we’ve been hard at work laying down a gorgeous stone tiled floor in the main dining area. The work’s due to be completed by 3rd March, so plenty of time to get those Mothers Day bookings in!
